Restoration Services

On June 21, 2018 I came home after having been gone for a week to a water leak inside the wall that flooded my entire house. After filing a claim immediately with my Insurance company, I contacted two mitigation companies in Roswell, Restoration Services is the only company that would take my call and met me at the house at 9:00am the next day. Mr. Don Draeger is the owner and project manager, and was very familiar, and knowledgeable with the work that was necessary to get my house livable. In fact he told me about the other 6 houses they were doing at the same time, he even took me to visit them and the work they were doing. He also is a construction company, and I felt one company and group of workers in my house to take it from ruined to restored completely made sense. I hired him and we signed a contract on July 10th, 2018. He was very helpful, and they started work immediately and made great progress on the renovation until sometime in October. At that time work seemed to cease almost completely. As of today (4/9/19), the house is till not finished even though I was given an initial date of 9/10/18, then 9/29/18, then 10/30/19. My dishwasher is missing, and there is quite a bit of finishing work such as; trim paint, paint touch up on walls, doorknobs on closet doors, master bathroom door not in, transition pieces placed, doors and window sills not painted, living room room blinds replaced, water softener and washer and dryer installed and Refrigerator placed in kitchen. At our last meeting 3 weeks ago, he told me after I left town for a temporary job, he put my house on the back burner. I have phoned him on his cell phone (575-317-4236) several times and left messages, no response. I have texted him several times with no reply, all in the last 3 weeks. It seems he as abandoned the idea of completing my house, so I have had look for other means.
