To begin with let's get the facts straightRestoration Specialty Cleaners (RCS) was hired by [redacted] , via a signed contract, to remove and clean the salvageable contents of the home onlyRCS at no time had a signed contract or approval from the assigned adjustor to remove non-salvageable contents or demo/clean the structureRCS was not hired for the restoration of the structure and I chose to not accept the contract for the job after [redacted] telephoned my office and was screaming and cursing at me because I would not move forward with the job without approval from the insurance company and their representative[redacted] was never present during the time we spent in their home packing and removing the contents nor did she personally have any of these conversation she refers to with meEverything that was left behind was left with instructions from [redacted] to leave itAs stated previously we were not hired to remove garbage from the home and we did not remove any nor did we place it outside the perimeters of the structure It is a very common practice among soft good restoration companies to not return contents until the invoice for services have been paid in fullThe fees we are paid are determined with a program widely used in the insurance industry called [redacted] , not by usThe [redacted] 's insurance check was received on May 22nd after 12pmI offered [redacted] the opportunity to choose her delivery time within the available openings we had for deliveries, the available time slots for a delivery to the [redacted] 's were very limited, [redacted] did not choose the first available delivery timeAfter [redacted] became physically aggressive to the point of police intervention with the restoration company ( [redacted] ), that he hired to do the work on his structure, I was advised by the insurance adjustor assigned to their claim that I should not go to his property without the authorities presentI contacted the Johnson County sheriff's office and they informed me they would not be available for an observation call during a holiday week endTheir first availability for a non emergency would be Tuesday, May 26th in the afternoon RCS contacted the customer that had reserved the first delivery time after the holiday and asked them to move their delivery to the following day, therefore leaving RSC available to deliver the [redacted] household on Tuesday May 26thWe did make the complete delivery, requiring the Johnson County Sheriff's office to have to arrive on the scene because of [redacted] 's behavior, RSC received a signed completed return inventory sheet with their acceptance of a satisfactory completed delivery by [redacted] RSC considers this claim resolved and completed within the protocol of our business practices
