Review: Purchasing a free trial of Versilla Eye Cream and Avonlea Anti-Aging Serum automatically signs a consumer up for a monthly auto-ship of both products unless you respond almost immediately that you do not wish to participate. The cost of each of these products is nearly $100. The company conveniently does not include that information on their Facebook post. This company ships from an address in Santa Ana, California. Buyer beware!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $94.53 for one shipment of Versilla Eye Cream.

Review: Ordered skin care products [redacted] and [redacted] Skin Trial products online, paid for the trial offer, said it would take 4 days to receive product, must cancel after 30 days or [redacted] will be taken out of my account each month. when I canceled they said I was past 30 days, didn't know it started when I placed the order not after 4 days when I received it. Sent all the product back to [redacted].for my [redacted] refund but they said no refund cause I went to the bank to have the transaction stopped and the Agent [redacted] I talked to said it was now the banks problem to get my money back, is this a way to operate a business, I was wrong in using my debit card, that's, how they took [redacted] out of my account, I was told if I sent the product back I would receive my refund, it was a lie, what is this country coming to. The trial offer for these 2 products were one was [redacted] and the other was [redacted], if you wanted or failed to stop the order then [redacted] would come out of your account for each month there after until the order was cancelled, but there is always a reason as to refund the [redacted] These people are slick.

I would like a refund from this company and try and let people know how this company conducts business, some people live on a budget, I realize a company is in business to make money but their on the edge of being a scam, the public shouldn't have to put up with this kind of behavior.

Review: Sept 4, of 2014 I saw a popup as for skin cream that had helped Oprah Whinfery's skin "Versilla" eye cream.. Try a 30 free sample for 3.99 shipping So I ordered the free sample a while ordering the free sample it said that it worked best if I also ordered the skin serum so for an additional 3.99 it was included. This ad said NOTHING about auto order or the retail price. They arrived in two envelopes five days apart. Inside the envelopes there was no instructions for use or the prices on further orders if it worked well for me. After applying for three days my face turned a bright red and began to peel as I had the worst sunburn ever. I called the phone number only to get a machine that said call during regular business hours and then it disconnected. So I called every hour only to get the same message. At 4:30 one morning I received a email saying my order had been shipped!! What order?? I emailed CANCEL CANCEL but no response. the billing has come under two different names [redacted] and Restore Beauty solutions and the product name is Versilla So ???I have been SCAMMED for $193.26 If you cant help me perhaps this will help someone else...Thank you so much for your time.Desired Settlement: refund

Review: I ordered trial of Avonlea and FirmSkin. When I called to cancel within the timeframe, they finally agreed to reduce the price 50%. However, when I received my credit card statement I was billed full price. Each time I have called, the customer service can not locate my order information and now they state they cannot refund it because of the length of time. This is a shady company and both trials are from same company but under different names. I will NEVER order from this company again. By the way, the product is a sham too. Do not fall for their tricks. When I asked for supervisor, they said she is busy helping other consumers. I waited and she never came. Then they said they would refer it to the billing department to look over but she couldn't give out the number. Scam!!!!Desired Settlement: $98.53

Review: I order 2 face creams from this company online through a add on facebook.I recieved 1 cream and never the second .I was charge 3.99 for the one I recieved and 4.99 for the one that never came.I have tryed to call the # on my checking account stment ,just a recording that I leave a message at and no return phone calls,This morning the sent through a charge of 98.00 to my account and I caught it as it hit auth.I had to shut down my debit card .I can not find any contact to this company.Desired Settlement: would like my product or refund,and all info to be removed from there account.

Review: ordered a web trial offer of product. did not see that had 15 days to return item or would be chg full price and that future products would be sent and chg.Idid not get written contract to verify terms. Did not find problem till 2 chg showed on same credit card billing. one for $94.53 and one for $89.87.I was informed that I could not return the product.

Review: The ad for this product popped up when I was looking something up saying that this helped Oprah Winfrey's skin. Samples, Avonlea Skin Serum along w/Versilla Skin improves facial & eyes lines, 30 day trial pay for shipping @ $4.95 & $3.95. Ordered on 09/22/14, received in two separate envelopes both from the same address so there was no need for two shipping fees, inside was no paper work-instructions for usage nor future orders with prices, received on 09/27. I emailed them ASAP that this not normal no info enclosed. When applying the eye cream it was somewhat tingly but the day after my second night I woke up with slight burns and eyelids hanging over my eyes and my skin was flaking terribly so I emailed them with my problem. Via email gave me a # to call, on hold then disconnected twice, emailed them again, same # w/same disconnect. Then emailed me that an order went out. What? Don't want it, can't use it. Nothing arrived. When I credit card invoice arrived they billed me $94.53 on 10/08/14, so I called the phone # listed w/this charge which is different than what they had given me, customer service said what I had received was the 30 day trial. So, fact is I had this product for 11 days and they billed me. Customer service person, #[redacted], put me on hold then offered me a 57% discount, I replied NO, will not pay for a product that burnt my eyes and over worked my skin too quickly, I demand a full refund. Haven't gotten it yet. False advertising. I've written Harpo Productions/Oprah telling them about this false endorsement. If my credit card isn't issued credit by this company I will file a non-payment complaint. Never have I been so scammed nor had such burns and swelling around my eyes in all my years of using products. Surely wish something will be done to this company for their ad, products and billing in 11 days with a 30 free trial, plus the products sent weren't samples but the product. Have put both bottles into their mailing envelopes, sent them back. Horrible and disgraceful.Desired Settlement: My entire cost refunded and credit card charges reversed.
