Andrea, After the way that I have been treated by you, I'm sure that I would not be treated fairly by any of your staff.The reason I sent you the text of the damaged area is because your camera didn't pick it upYou can see clearly on the pics that I sentYou still have not bothered to call the two ladies that have treated me for the last three years and who encouraged me to contact youI have asked for a partial refund so I can go get treated by a professional doctor. I came to you for treatment at a time that I needed to be lifted upIt cost me $and left me feeling and looking worse.Now I wonder how many other women have suffered because of you! I request a refund by the 16th of June.I'm prepared to start a blog to see how many other women have been taken advantage of and to use social media.Sincerely*** ***

[redacted]Response to Complaint – ID [redacted] Client had a consultation on 10/28/2015 seeking to address the following concerns:·  ...

    Pigmentation, pore size and skin texture on face, neck and chest.·       Unwanted fat and loose skin on neckClient was presented with treatment options designed to address all of the concerns above. Treatments were carefully chosen based on client’s skin type and recovery expectations. Client was informed that several treatments will be required. A written quote was provided that included pre-and post-instructions as well as post-treatment expectations regarding recovery time for each treatment, as well as consultant’s and provider’s contact details. The first round of treatments was performed on 11/5/2015. Before pictures were taken just prior to treatment. Client was provided with printed post-treatment instructions as well as provider’s personal e-mail and was instructed to e-mail the provider directly with any concerns. On 1/12/16 the client came for a follow-up visit with treatment provider stating her skin was damaged from one of the treatments and that she wanted the monies for all of her treatments refunded. Provider took post-treatment pictures during the follow-up consultation and showed comparisons to client, pointing out skin texture improvements. No damage was seen or noticed by provider or medical director and his team, who also reviewed the images. Provider asked if she had any photos of her recovery process. Client presented mobile photos which were congruent with typical recovery process: redness and swelling. Client was unhappy about length of recovery time, though clearly stated in written quote. Client stated during the 1/12/16 meeting she had contacted the clinic early December and had left two voicemail messages for provider but her calls had not been returned by clinic. Client stated that during a third phone call she was informed that provider was at a medical conference. She was asked to contact provider directly via e-mail, which client never did. During the 1/12/16 follow-up consultation client also stated she was under much family stress, had had terrible holidays and some people had commented about her appearance. Client was very emotional. Provider apologized for unreturned messages.  As a sign of goodwill and to do something special for the client during this obviously stressful time, provider offered client a complimentary, no-downtime, relaxing  treatment. Client calmed down, hugged and thanked provider and left the premises. On 2/13/2016 provider received letter stating client wanted a full refund due to lack of response to her voicemails and supposed damages. While out-of-town until mid-March client was going to get a second opinion. Provider responded to client’s letter on 2/15/2016 again, highlighting the fact that based on the images taken before and after the treatment absolutely no damage can be noted. Provider, again, apologized for delayed response of front desk team and, again, offered complimentary treatment. Provider asked for client to come by for another follow-up consultation upon client’s return, which has not occurred to this date. In summary:·       Appropriate treatments were performed,·       Client was provided with written pre- and post-instructions prior to treatment that highlight typical recovery time and expectations,·       No damage occurred as can easily be demonstrated via photos,·       Client was offered a complimentary treatment as an apology for two unreturned voicemail messages while provider was out of town.  Andrea H[redacted], MBA – MIM[redacted]
