Based on what I spent in medical bills last year before starting this program, it paid for itself in cost avoidance in my case While we all hold onto the hope of an easy fix, this program was definitely not easy in the beginning It involved learning, adapting, and changing my relationship with food I was prepared for a full commitment, followed the instructions to the letter, and achieved results that amazed not only myself, but my husband, mother, and friends While I can't speak to the scientific validation, it worked for me and I've been months into maintenance and feel confident about the future I've been months without health issues and feel amazing I'm a better wife, mom, and employee because I feel great I can see why some people would fail since the chemicals and preservatives in our food today affect our choices, but if restoring your health is a priority, then prepare to commit and be amazed You deserve days and the tools you need to be able to live the way your body is meant to be Not ready? That's okayWait until you are

Restore Health is an amazing company! They have helped so many clients change there life with the weight loss program that they offerAnd not to mention the staff are so warm and welcoming!

I'm writing in regards to Restore Pharmacy that does compounds, specifically [redacted]. I have had nothing but problems the past few months. It started with the Diplomat Pharmacy located in Madison, Wisconsin. I would order my meds a couple weeks in advance and not get them on time and when I would call, sometimes it went out already and sometimes it didn't. Then they switched all prescriptions to the Restore Pharmacy in New Jersey. OMG! That was even worse! I called them 2 weeks ago for a refill on my [redacted]. Then I called again to tell them I didn't receive it and I am now out of them. She, "The Supervisor", started asking me all these questions that they should have had the info for and at the very least, should have asked me when I first called weeks prior, which I told her her that today. Then she informed me that they haven't even started to mix the recipe for it and that it wouldn't go out until at least Monday. Well, it's only Tuesday. So I told them they better ship it over night. She said they didn't do that and if they did, I would have to pay the difference for it. I said, it was there mistake and not mine, so they need to pay and she refused. I asked her what I was suppose to do with out my [redacted] for 2 weeks. Her response was, well I can certainly understand your problem, but this is the best we can do. She told me I could call my doctor to find another place to order my [redacted], if I was not happy with them. REALLY??!! Now I'm freaking out. What is my body and emotions going to go through with this imbalance which is going to be caused by them! They would not work with me knowing this. They should not even be in business! Now I have to wait on my doctor to get back to me with another place. But alas, he has to even see the message before he can do that. [redacted]

Since Restore Health took over the compounding pharmacy service from Diplomat Pharmacy, my prescription cost has more than doubled. When Diplomat was providing my compounded Rx, it cost me $48.50 delivered. I recently refilled for the first time with Restore Health providing the same service, the cost is now $106.00 just for the drug. They had told me they would call me with the cost before it was shipped - they did not. I am not a happy customer and will look into other providers.

Review: A recent request to refill several compounded prescriptions has been delayed and I will be without my medications for at least a week. Several calls to customer service resulted in different assurances of delievery and finally I informed that my medications would not be filled/delivered until at least two weeks after my request refill. I was told that the issue is due to Restore Health acquiring a larger company. I was also informed by the pharmacist that decisions were made about whose prescriptions get refilled and delivered in a timely fashion during this tranistion time. My credit card has been charged on Oct. 12,2015 and I have received nothing. I was also informed by the manager that one of the pharmacists gave her information to relay to me that the medication stayed in my system for a few days. This is against my directions for daily use from my physician. I have been a loyal customer of this company for a minimum of 10 years, even during their acquistion from [redacted] to Restore Health.Desired Settlement: I would like to continue to receive my medications in a timely fashion so that I will not be without these medications and not have to worry about physical issues due to the lack of these products.

Review: I was billed $542.06 for a prescription that cost $85.00. I was improperly billed on 6-13-15 from a HSA account. On July 1, 2015 my HSA account changed to a new number. I called Restore Health to give them the new number and request a credit on my acct for incorrect billing. First I was told it would be credited within 48 hours. Didn't happen. 2nd call I was told again 48 hours. 3rd call they mailed a check. I told them a check was unacceptable as this is a HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT and all of my health care expenses come out of this account. A check would place me

in a dishonest category as this money was taken out pre tax dollars. I re-iterated that the acct MUST be credited.

They continue to assure me that it will be taken care of, but it is not. I've now filed a claim against them with my Chase HSA account holder.Desired Settlement: I would like my Chase HSA account credited for the amount of $542.06 immediately
