I was in full compliance with my contractThere was some issues with showing up with datesDue to clients switching dates on me due to family coming in and "just not a good day" as I was told by Eric owner of the home they added extra projects which added more time and moneyWe were always in contactAlso I did have a family emergency that I needed to attend to as I talked with Eric and he said I understand and to go handle that issue and he would see me the next weekSo we were in agreement of the date to continue work and actually said they would put in a good word with they neighborsI had purchased all materials for his million dollar home in ScottsdaleWhen I contacted him to start work againHe sent me a message in regards to firing me from completing the jobI was the second person to be fired the first was the realtor that gave him my number to contact me I feel I was fired due to a conflict of interest due to me working with the realtor that is truly a good person I am still working with her and she is very honest and compassionate about her clients and work Eric has cut jobs in half on days due to them just needing peace and quiet They will be refunded due to materials that I'm stuck with after purchasing for his Scottsdale property Paintboss

This job was rescheduled multiple times over a month and a half periodThe first reschedule I was told the material from *** *** was "short" and then the second reschedule was another excuse of delayed delivery of productThe last reschedule request Ken M*** wrote in his text "two choices we can do next week or I can return product and refund u Monday amThat was sent September 16thWe were experiencing some issues on another job, getting told multiple stories of the completion and details of the job so we wanted to get a refundI paid in full$total$for materials, $for laborSince the original commitment of our refund on September 19th, received a new excuse and promise of getting refund "the next day" When I reached out the original reference to inform her of my problem and my actions, she also informed me she is owed money and experience the same situation

Client changed dates and only gave 5 working hours a day for work to be done .bought all materials required and pre painted all materials .Prior to install date. Weather put us behind on another job .I called client to change date and was advised to return all materials and refund her ..This takes...

some time to recoup on credit card .8 days total and very lucky [redacted] took the supplies back considering I painted the raw wood ...which normally would not be returnable. .I've painted her home over the years in and out and done many other projects for her on her rental properties. .totaling over 10,000 dollars never have had a issue at all and very happy with our work .I obviously could not get her to move one week forward on my schedule. I spoke with her today and was more than working on her refund and would be returned in a timely matter ..
