Roofing and ceiling work not complete but included in an approved Olympus Insurance Company Claim amounts to all interior work for the repair of water damage to ceilings. And to add insult to injury, additional water damage in several new areas as of 20 October 2019 (the day the roof was removed but before the roof was replaced) due to high wind and rains, which were forecasted the day before by the National Weather Service and several local news-weather outlets serving the greater Orlando, Florida area.

I have given up hoping after several weeks of trying to get Restore Masters to do the honorable thing and complete the repairs to my home. So I will be sending what follows as a formal letter addressing their breach of contract. And too I offer you these as their representative contacts, though I will note how you likely to find their responsiveness:

The sales person is going to call her and go over the agreed work.

Hello my name is *** I'm filing this complaint on AAA Roofmasters I found out that company put a lien on my house in February 2019. I have now been sent another letter from them saying that I owe more money. They have also had a collection agency contact us. I would like to receive some help in this matter. I was told by my insurance company that they have been paid in full and I also authorize AAA Roofmaster to speak with the insurance so that they could explain to him about the payment.

AAA Roofing put a lien on my house.I need that gone to.

We had a new roof install with a 10 year warranty. When we intially agreed for a new roof filed a claim with our home owners insurance. It was sighted by insurance claim and with AAA Roofermasters that there was a leak in the kitchen and around the chimney. After several repair calls the chimney leak was repair but the kitchen has continued to leak buckets full. AAA has sent repairman out numerous times and the leak has continued. Again this week a repaired was done with no guarantee it is fixed this time. Ther are asking that we pay for the repair saying our warranty has been canceled because of the last hurricane. We are not in a hurricane zone.

I will have the office call you. So it was repaired? We have to wait and see if it is fixed.

I moved into my home in December and within 3 weeks noticed a leak in my kitchen. The previous homeowners left a paper from this company stating that they had put a new roof on in 2012 and it had a 10 year warranty. I called the company and they came out to give me an estimate on issue however stating that warranty was not covered since I did not purchase the roof. There is no verbiage in this paperwork that states that and I have had my home owners insurance investigate and they advised me that the original roof company should come back out and fix their error. My roof needs flashing put in the area on the roof that is leaking. I have called and emailed requesting to speak with a *** or *** and no one will call me back.

I will have someone contact you today. Most our warranties only cover the Person who signs the contract with the company.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I want to see something in writing stating that only the person that purchased the roof is entitled to the warranty since the paperwork that the previous owners left me does not state that.

Had a new roof installed in July. Didnt have any roof leaks prior to new roof installation. Now since the new roof has been installed I have had the new skylight leaking since instalment. Have a leak above my fireplace that leaks onto my mantel. They have come out and said they have fixed it many times since July and is still leaking. They installed a new pipe that is supposed to connect to my hot water heater to vent heat that doesnt even come close to connecting with the water heater. Everything is still leaking and hasn't been fixed. They ripped out the framing for the skylight, which shouldn't have been touched. They entered my house without permission to rip out the framing. It took three months for them to fix that. Now I get no response from them except to threaten me with a lein.

The Company/Project Manager *** came out on 9/15/2017 and did an estimate. On 11/3/2017 *** came out & did a work order to do my roof due to storm damage from Hurricane that took place on 9/4/2017. I even got upgrades done to my roof and this what I deal with. UGH! This is sooooo bad. On November 30, 2017 the person who came to pick up the trash, which the company (Roofmasters) left on the ground in front of my house, on my property, being that they did not order a dumpster to put the trash in, which that was suppose to happen per their contract/brochure ran over my gate. I reached out to the Project Manager as well as his supervisor *** who did NOTHING... I didn't even get a call back from the Project Manager after I l called him repeatedly as well as left him a voicemail. I called the other numbers on the contract then *** called me back to say *** took sometime off.. REALLY! So I asked NO one in the office checks his voicemails or call his clients to see what's going on. .. So *** came out he promised the work will be done and to this day it has NOT been completed. The gate has not been fixed yet, they have sent out several people to fix it and either the people don't work for them anymore and some (gate installers) even said that they do not want to pay them. I was told by their Superintend Secretary that she couldn't get in touch with Robert that's the last guy who suppose to be fixing my gate, he came over and put old pieces and new pieces to try to make a gate then closed it with a bungee cord. Nevertheless, there's no screws, no cap, or anything. That's not going to work at all, till this day it still have a bungee cord on it. When they came to my house I had a functional gate and that what I want now. I have pictures of everything that has taken place and has recently sent one of them to someone from their office being that she called and suppose to be sending someone out. There has been no to little communication since then. I spoke with *** whos in the production office and she called yesterday Feb. 13, 2018 and set up an appointment for someone to come out today at 9:00 am again NO SHOW.There has been appointments that the company has schedule and no one showed up like today and its just ridiculous but they want their money. I received a call to send over the 2nd check that the insurance company sent out but no one has came to do the walk around, complete the gate or nothing. It should NOT take all this to complete a job that should have been done like in November or December, at the latest, it February a whole New Year. Really!!!!! is my thoughts in the nicest way I can put it. I want my gate fixed, I want the walk around to be completed, and just be done with his ordeal. This has been the WORST COMPANY TO ASSOCIATE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH! There is LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LACK OF ANY KIND OF WORK ETHIC & PROFESSIONALISM.

RestoreMasters Contracting Response • Feb 22, 2018

On 2-16 we called homeowner and all issues has been addressed and completed. just called her 2-22-18 and asked if she was Happy with everything she has asked for someone to do a walk around and we will be getting with the GM and have everything taking care she said he will be able to collect the check.

I signed a contract with them, they have been talking my insurance company trying to get the issue over and done. So I called my insurance company because I had some concerns. My concerns were as followed. My *** wanted to me to get a estimate from AAa RoofMaster which he never gave me. So when I contacted my insurance company she told me that AAA RoofMaster had already sent over an estimate to them, but I knew nothing about it. My insurance company told me yes I did know because I signed it, I told her ma'am I was never given an estimate from day one, but your telling me I signed something. She said yes ma'am i'm looking at it. I told her I knew nothing about it and could she send it to my email. She sented it to me on October 23,2017. The document has 5 pages and it's The Full and Final Release, so I get to the last page and my name is on it with the date of October 5,2017. This was my first time seeing this document. My insurance company said it came from AAA RoofMasters as tho I signed and dated it. So I called them serveral times and they said it was a mistake, but as I stated to them if it was a mistake then why didn't yall fix it then send it over to my insurance company. I called and told them that my name is my name and that it wasn't right. I also told them that I would like to get out of the contract because I didn't like the fact that they signed my name. They went on to saying to cancel my contract it would be a $1,500 to cancel. I would like someone to call my regaurding this mess.

RestoreMasters Contracting Response
