Hello I recently had to use the services of ReStoring DataI dropped off my failed 2TB external hard drive to the downtown Toronto location and within days I had a quote with a explanation of the problem and timeline for repair I didn't realize they are located in the Vancouver area so that alone was amazing The final cost of the repair was exactly as they quoted, I think the repair was one day longer then quoted and that was over the recent holiday period, so I'm sure staff at their end were on holidays with their families and I can appreciate that Throughout the repair process Ilana was in constant contact with me I now have my external hard drive back that mostly filled with work related and vacation photo's, I have yet to find (or not find) any missing photosI can't say thank you enough to Ilana and the team at ReStoringTheir response was fast, their quote was bang on, their constant customer service communication is a model many companies could learn fromI wouldn't hesitate to use them again, although I hope I never have to!
