Unfortunately we have had to file a lien against this customer and are limited in how much we can elaborate. We assisted *** *** thru the insurance process and spent almost a year in fighting her insurance company to help her get compensated for all the damages her home sustained from the
hail storm. We provided all services as per the insurance claim. There was never any mention of a problem until final invoice was dueMultiple attempts to settle any issues with the homeowner before sending to our lawyer

requirements. We were able to find a commercial slide online for considerably more money. The slide showed up with multiple issues from the manufacturer as well as handling issues in our warehouse. Issue number 2 was the wood stain. From the beginning we explained that we did not do any staining , this was not in our contract at any point. One of the family members sent an email requesting we stain the deck for them , and this created the start of the misunderstanding. We did install a clear coat on the railing and posts but assumed the deck planks were to be handled by the homeowners as it was an opportunity for them to save money on some easy labor. At the end of the project and with a few misunderstandings, we walked away from a few thousand dollars rebated back to the homeowner for these misunderstandings.
