We have been trying to get a loan modification for FOUR YEARS! To prevent foreclosure of our property, we had to file a lawsuit, and eventually enter into a Chapter Bankrtuptcy During this time, we applied for a loan modification and were denied six times Unfortunately, we did not know about the REST Report during this process Then, last month, we discovered the REST report, used it for our case, and found out that we qualified for a loan modification based on our income and on the fact that the Net Present Value of a modification would be greater than the Net Present Value of a foreclosure - something that the lender had been deceiving us about!
We presented this information to the lender, and threatened to use it as the basis for an adversary proceeding against the lender A week later, we were offered an affordable modification! If we had known about the REST report four years ago, we could have saved a huge amount of money, pain and suffering

Not $1,We broke this special non-refundable agreement down into payments for him, This included our complete business resource kit, Cloud based access to our REST Environment, Hours of individual training, access to our private back office training, tutorials, videos, and marketing materials. We then had our technical department build a branded internet landing page specially for his companyWe also included reports to be completed at a later dateI personally reached out to [redacted] several times over the past year to offer additional help, training marketing ideas and email outreach to new and existing clients
He contacted us May 16th of this year and ask requesting a refund because he changed his business model?
I received a message from our accounting department and responded to [redacted] with in the week I would check on what we could do as we cannot recover any of our intellectual property that has been at his disposal for over a year
After reviewing everything with him we both agreed to an amicable solution and still allow him to maintain his licensing in good standing

Review: I have paid this company last year an amount of $ 1500 in advance to process 6 loan modification files in their company . since then I did not receive any files , so I asked for a refund since I am out of the business and have never used the service , they kept convincing me that I need the service and they will do special service for me but I kept asking for the refund few times so they stopped responding . I sent them emails , letters and phone calls and then I learned that they moved or closed their offices . I just need to get my fees back . Please adviseDesired Settlement: Just need a refund of my fees in cash or cashiers check
