To whom it may concern,                          Customer [redacted] originally came into our shop at 11711 Hull Street Road with several complaints, the first was his truck...

wasn't cooling good and it would overheat. We diagnosed this problem as a bad fan clutch. Mr. [redacted] also asked for a tune up and check engine light diagnosis. When our technician hooked the scanner to Mr, [redacted] truck to pull  codes the truck had multiple codes stored. We then created an estimate and Mr. [redacted] approved the said work. Originally Mr. [redacted] came in for the overheating and a/c not cooling and asked us to scan his truck. We then completed the approved work and all the reasons that Mr. [redacted] came in for were fixed. We fixed everything that the customer asked us too and that the customer approved. The check engine light came on again after we had worked on the truck, this time the codes are all saying there is an issue with the transmission.
