Extremely flexible and very knowledgeable is what first comes to mindThese guys can do it all when it comes to car repair from like new to as much as you wantI kissed a wall with both sides of my Porsche TurboWhat Norman was able to do with it for a very reasonable price, knowing that I would be heading back out to the track, was more than I could have ever imaginedBuying all new parts and replacing them is the easy part of this businessPrecision Collision can do so much more
I will never use this company again and will definitely warn others to stay away as they are LIARS and THIEVES!! I dropped off my car to be repaired on Oct22nd of and did not get it back until Nov.15th(a total of days mind you)When I pick it up no one walked the car with me to ensure everything had been completed or answer any questions I might of hadI get inside to find that an item had been stolen from my carI go inside and inquire about the itemOne of the ladies who was there says, "Didn't you already pick it up?" to which I said NO! I describe the item and she goes back to the backWhile waiting for quite some time another man that works there states, "Sometimes they take items out of the car because when it goes to paint, it is really hot and so its for safety." I look at him and reply with "Ok." After another minutes or so the lady comes back and says "the technician said they didn't take anything out of the car and there is nothing back there like you described"We have cameras all over the place and so we would be able to see anything." I went into depth on describing the item and case to which my husband asked to speak with the technicianShe walks to the back and is gone again for some timeShe returns to say that we cannot speak with the technician (because we couldn't walk in the back nor would he come up front) but we could call in the morning to speak with the managerWe told her that would not do and asked to speak with the ownerThe owner (or possibly not) comes out and we explain that an item had been taken out of the carHe says "well the only thing to do is to file a police report because this person has worked for me for quite some time and I believe him" (as though I am a liar and making this up)I get on the phone and contact the police department to make a reportHe stands there for a few moments and then walks off never addressing me or my husband anymore!!!! There was no sympathetic attempt at an apology, offer to look at the cameras, or even a acknowledgement of the work done on my car (he never even looked at or in my car)The lack of concern and the blatant lack of respect this company showed toward me and my business is reprehensible!! I plan to tell anyone who will listen or ask me about this repair shop that this company (Precision Collision) and some of the employees are LIARS and THIEVES!!!!!!!
