July 5, To Whom it May Concern: We received the complaint letter from the Revdex.com on June 29, referencing ID ***We have been dealing with Ms*** since late and have been unable to satisfr any request she has made of our companyWe have been in business for over years and
strive for integrity in all that we doWith that said, we have made several attempts to appease her requestsHowever, none of them have satisfied herIn the latest conversation I had with her, she was suggesting that it was the responsibility of our company to replace the trees that she claims we improperly planted due to us not having "enough experience in tree planting." These trees were not purchased by our company in the first place, we simply planted them ata very low cost in an effort to satis& the client There was never any mention to our company that the trees were even struggling until over a year later when she called to let us know that we planted them improperly and she had them assessed & removed by another companyAt no point were we ever contacted in the meantime in regards to the condition of the treesAl! that to say, my conversation with her on June rd was in reference to us feeling that it was unfair that she requested ofus to pay for trees that we had no control over where they were originally purchased from, the care, watering and fertilizationAt that point in time, I told her we would be willing to refund the remaining money she had spent with our company but felt it was unfair for us to pay her for the trees that were not purchased from usShe was not satisfied with my response and continued to seek moreHowever, upon receiving your letter she is asking for exactly what I had proposedWe will grant her requestsHowever, it was completely unnecessary for her to involve the Revdex.com when I had already proposed the same resolution to her, she just wouldn't agree to itWe will be cutting and mailing a check for the entire amount that she has ever paid our company ($2,413.69) less the $we already refunded her on September 13, thus leaving a balance of $We hope this will resolve Ms*** concernsPlease let me know ifyou have any further questions in regards to this matterSincerely, once Administrator, Corporate Secretary/Treasurer
