This company was hired to provide service to create a resume and cover letter for me. I contacted the company based on the reviews I had seen. I met her and she gave me a price of $165. I agreed to those terms. I was told I had to pay service up front, which is not typical from what I've read from other resume companies. I gave my work history information she needed to better help her
write the resume. She told me she would send me a rough draft and to give her up to 7 days to do it.
The rough draft was unprofessional. I called her and talked about how it wasn't quite what I was looking for with the way it was formatted and the way it was done. She said would rewrite it. In the meantime, she sent me cover letter that was horrible. The cover letter example I had sent her was better than the one she wrote me. At that time I was frustrated because it wasn't going the way I hoped. She sent me a second draft of the resume which was worse than the first one. I called her and asked for a refund at that point. She refused to give me a refund. She told me she would outsource to a different company.
She ended up forwarding all my information to another resume writer which I did not agree upon. THe other writer contacted me personally who said she did not know the company
that sent her my information. Once I found that out, I called *** and said I wanted a full refund because she did not do the job properly and also breached my privacy because she sent my resume and private information without my consent. She told me then she would refund my money and it would take 7 business days and this was on 4/19/20. I never received a refund.
He gave me verbal consent to do outsource his resume. That vendor contacted the client; there were two drafts created but he still wanted his money back. We gave him a termination letter with three different resume writers that we referred him to. We have tried our best to resolve this with him.

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof that she would refund my money and I never authorized her to release my personal information to any other resume writers. She has released my personal information multiple times and I would like action to be taken against her.

Dear Sir or Ma'am,I am forwarding this email from the client regarding his complaint. He mentions in this email about a "WOW" factor. His expectations are too high and unreasonable. I have tried to resolve this by phone and email and he still isn't backing off. I believe no matter how many drafts (there have been three of the Resume) that I send to him he isn't happy. Even my new subcontractor from Pakistan made him a great new Resume and I send it to him (it is costing me $50) and he still isn't happy. At this point, there is nothing else me or my business can do. No refund will be given as stated in the client agreement. We are not liable for false information given by the client. His original Resume looked like a job description. I believe he is trying to scam my business and get his money back so he gets a "free" Resume. I will not consent to that at all. I will seek legal action and contact an attorney tomorrow if this isn't resolved by your organization. I am rejecting this response because: This company sent me a text stating that they have issued me a refund that I never received. I have sent a copy of that text message to The Revdex.com. This company know they did not do a good job on the service I hired them to do, then failed to send me a refund I was promised, and they also breached the contract and gave my personal information to another person with out my approval. I would like to close this case as I feel the company will never address this matter professionally and give me the refund I was promised and provided proof of.

You went behind my back and did a chargeback with your bank and Square shut down my account and I'm on SSD and still can't afford to pay them back. I guess you wanted to run my business into the ground because business right now is at an all time low for me. Just because, you lost your family business didn't give you a right to pawn me off in the long run. I know God is on my side in all this as a believer I have strong faith and will not shut down. I have helped many people like my current client for years now and he's happy with my services. You have the free will Mr. Pilcher to hire another writer but leave my name out of your future endeavors. I will not refer one of my beloved colleagues to you because your just a con artist. You are welcome to visit us at our home office here in Carbondale and settle this matter face to face but obviously all you want to do is leave negativity all over the web. I have a 5.0 rating on Google. That speaks for itself. I will pray for you and your family and hope after all these years you have made peace within yourself.
