Resume Guru

Review: On July 3, 2015 I contacted [redacted] the owner of Resume Guru to inquire about getting a standard professional resume along with a federal resume and cover letter. We agreed upon the price of $175.00, I received and paid the invoice on July 4, 2015. Throughout the month of July [redacted] promised completion on several occasion and never delivered. Finally after several unanswered phone calls and requesting a refund on August 10, 2015 [redacted] emailed me a draft of the federal resume on August 12, 2015. On the same day I responded to his email with corrections and additional information requested by [redacted]. He promised to have both resumes and the cover letter completed by noon on August 13, 2015, but he did not deliver. Over the past 2 weeks I have called [redacted] 2 times (8/18, 8/24) requesting a refund but have received no response.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of $175.00.
