[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: He has made a lot of claims in his response and none have been doneHe has not consulted on job offers, has not followed up on job interviewsHas not provided ongoing communication, has not provided nor design a profile, Has not identify job openings, (since this is not part of his program you create the opportunity"He also has not provided instruction or preparation for negations, nor acted in that capacityHas not provided strategic and tactical salary / benefit negotiationsHe has not even followed up with me nor responded to meHe has not provided nor planning for career advancementHe has not lived up to any part of the contract I was told in his experience someone like me should have a job in daysI was also told once we figured out which companies should be targeted, he would contacted them on my behalfThat changed once I signed the contract and then everything was left up to me including sending the emails, At that point he stated he would provide the contact info and I would send the email with his formatI got a list of 3D printing companies to send emails to, with three of them having bad email address and no responses from the other twoNot really sure how anyone thinks this is providing a serviceWhen he did not responded to my email stating that the contact info was back, I took it upon myself dispute the charges thinking this is a scamApparently it is since this is the only response I have received from him since then is this one after numerous attempts to contact him He has agreed to provide a service and has failed to do soNot really sure how the consumer trying to get what they paid for or a return on the money is harassmentI guess this is his way of bulling the consumer to giving up and keep there money for non-services [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

We would like to amend our offer and present the following two options to ***:1) We agree to close his file and release him from any further financial obligation We will send him a letter stating as such and will not pursue collections. OR2) We will continue working with him until he finds a job At that point we will take $3,off the balance due at the time of job acceptance. While we may have hit a bump in the road with ***, we still believe we can help him get the job he deserves Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by Don G*** personal "not to call him, I was harassing him and that I was obligated to pay him even if he did not help me" This is far different then the way he treated me before he receive my moneyHe also ran another charge I did not authorize to my credit card for $that I did not sign for when I told him about my concern on the process. I was just trying to get the services he promisedMy trust is gone and do not believe he has my best interest at heart and all he wants is my moneyIt is funny it that I am getting a response now through the Revdex.com since MrG*** has not called or return my calls since January . His response stating he will not pursue collections shows he does not have my best interests in mind and is threating in natureI believe I am due a refund since he did not provide the services or support he promised. Giving me five email with half of them were bad, is not what I consider services rendered. I am will to come to some sort of settlement to put this behind me but no refund is unacceptable

I was told in his experience someone like me should have a job in 30 days. I was also told once we figured out which companies should be targeted, he would contacted them on my behalf. That changed once I signed the contract and then everything was left up to me including sending the emails, At that point he stated he would provide the contact info and I would send the email with his format. I got a list of 5 3D printing companies to send emails to, with three of them having bad email address and no responses from the other two. Not really sure how anyone thinks this is providing a service. When he did not responded to my email stating that the contact info was back, I took it upon myself dispute the charges thinking this is a scam. Apparently it is since this is the only response I have received from him since then is this one after numerous attempts to contact him.
He has agreed to provide a service and has failed to do so. Not really sure how the consumer trying to get what they paid for or a return on the money is harassment. I guess this is his way of bulling the consumer to giving up and keep there money for non-services.
