Thank you Revdex.com for getting involved with this situationI spent over hours creating a high-quality, professional resume and cover letter for this client just as I have done for over clients I used the information provided by the client from multiple sources, and consolidated and edited it and formatted it to the standards of the academic and business worldUnfortunately, the customer provided incomplete and vague information despite the data request form clearly stating how critical it is to provide complete and accurate informationWhen the customer complained, I offered to do anything she wanted in order to fix the resume, even though the product I provided was outstanding considering the poor source informationWhile I was waiting for a response the customer hired another writer to do the job instead of giving me any chance at all to fix the situationThen she called me and demanded a full refundI have over hours of difficult work already invested in this projectI cannot get that time backHowever, I then offered a 50% refund just to try and workout something reasonable but the client rejected that offerI then I noticed that the client posted highly negative and one-sided remarks about me online, taking my words out of context and trying to portray me as a dishonest scam artist I acted with good intentions from start to finish and could have EASILY made some minor changes to add the information the client provided to the other writer, but again the client didn’t return my calls or emails, she just made demands for a full refund, despite all the work I had already invested, and in a completely unprofessional and unreasonable mannerI have done everything in that I can to work out a solution but the client was too stubborn and emotional to work withThus, with all due respect to the Revdex.com, I must at this time consider this matter closedThank you for the opportunity to respond

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I provided *** with all the detailed information he requested in his questionnaire, with the exception of my community service (which I knew would not be included in the product). Therefore, his claim of me providing incomplete and vague information is and inaccurate. The product I received was extremely poor and it is evident that a “professional” resume writer like Rick, who has worked for over clients, did not spend 3+ hours on this product. The resume was generic and it was obvious that it was not customized to my job duties and accomplishments. The product simply included bullets cut and pasted out of the information I provided, as well as general statements/descriptions that appeared to be from other resumes. It was clearly evident that the final product was not generated at a professional level. His accusation of me not returning his emails and phone call is also not true. His comment “What do you expect for $100?” encapsulates his extremely unprofessional and immature nature. Regardless of how much money he charges, he should provide a high quality product. I communicated my concerns about the resume and the legitimacy of his business based on the facts above and the details provided in the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com. Though my communication was direct and firm, it was never unprofessional or unreasonable. I entered into an agreement to receive a professional level resume and do not think it us unreasonable to expect anything less than a well presented product. Below is an example of the work *** provided, along with an example from an actual professional resume writing service, to distinguish between a generic/copied resume and a customized one
