I ordered nutritional supplement with 60 money back guarantee. Sent several requests for refund. No response. Seems like fraud.
Ordered Resurge - 6 Bottle Ultimate nutritional supplement on April 30, 2020. Order # *** Order shipped 6/4/2020. Received about a week later. Used product for one month. It's supposed to help with sleep. Every night I took it I wasn't able to fall asleep until several hours after going to bed. I actually developed bags under my eyes while using it. First requested someone from customer service contact me to help me on July 13, 2020. Sent email to both Resurge and to ***.
I have sent more emails since then to request refund. No one has contacted me. Is this a scam company?
I would like them to honor their 60 day money back guarantee by sending me a refund and I would like them to actually respond to customers in the future if they are a legitimate company.
Customer contacted us for the first time on Aug 2 about a refund. Previously, the customer had contacted *** on July 17 about a refund and they sent return instructions to the customer. We have not yet received the returned merchandise from the customer, therefore a refund has not yet been processed. We have sent an email from our support desk to the customer to again provide the return instructions so they can return the product back to us.
Resurge did finally send me information on returning the product. Despite submitting the return request, I had not received the actual information on returning the product until they sent an email dated 8/7/20 in response to this Revdex.com complaint. This is close to the 60 day return window and 3 weeks after I first made the request. I have asked if they will still allow me to return it for a refund.
I am happy with the resolution to this. The business has responded to me with the necessary information and they have honored their refund policy. Thank you.
Resurge.com - Avoid at all costs!!! I have been unable to contact the customer service and they prey upon senior citizens
I placed an order with this company after researching the validity of the site and company. When I was unable to find any complaints I felt it was safe to order their products.
I have never received any invoice or product via any delivery services.
Resurge.com has sent me an email stating that my order was never received. That they were experiencing *** issues and that I should resend my order thru ***. �I am deeply concerned it is fraudulent.�
I am being told By email to resend in my *** order and they never received my money. I checked my *** and it clearly shows removal of $231 from my bank account via ***.
This company is preying upon senior citizens who pay for products in good faith and are being targeted using "technology glitch" excuses to siphon more money from they limited incomes.�

Once filing with the Revdex.com and letting the company know I was reporting them an immediate refund for the full amount was finally refunded.
