I would not recommend this company to do any repairs, especially on higher end fixtures We submitted a service request for our shower with our home warranty more than two months ago and it is still unresolved The first time they came out they assessed the issue and ordered the wrong part And now and the company claims the part is still on back order Secondly they pulled the old part out of the shower valve making it completely inoperable the entire timeWe've continuously asked the company for over weeks to return the old part to make the shower operable againThe company has failed to respond with any urgency as we continue to wait for the part, even when they have committed to returning it Not a reliable company American Home Shield needs to stop doing business with this company

If I could give stars I would.Despite all the review that says Coy is the bestI suppose that might actually be if he does what he says he is going to doI have already taken off two work days to meet these "professionals" and nothings been doneFast forward a few months when I have time to follow up with them to get them out hereWe shall see,,, so far I say AVOID THIS COMPANY AND COY if you canComplete pain in the [redacted] and unneeded and unwanted additional stress in my lifeI'm surprised they stay afloatPun intended

Of course we have a pipe burst two days before we were set to go skiing in the mountainsI looked online for the most legitimate looking plumbing company, and Resurrection Plumber seemed solidWithin a few hours after talking to Coy, he sent a tech out to assess the damageThey were very polite, timely, and unobtrusiveIn the past, some plumbers have spent hours on the phone derailed from doing any actual work, luckily Coy and his team have a fantastic work ethicThey got the job done fast, and left it cleaner than when they cameOur insurance company can be difficult, and they did an great job dealing with the adjustersI will definitely use again

Coy and Jesse helped immensely two weeks ago when a plumbing line in our front yard burstThey came out right away and were able to shut off the water in a matter of minutesThey were even able to refer an amazing restoration company to take care of all the flooding in our garageThey were professional and friendly throughout the entire process and their pricing was very fair

Most horrible plumbing service company in my experienceCoy exemplifies unprofessional and poor customer service, he pressures/cheats customer to purchase unwanted products, and charges the most outrages pricesI actually saved $to install the same exact water heater with another plumber who was humble, courteous and more importantly listened to my/customer needI wasted $just on the service call and to be entertained by Coy's attitude and unprofessional serviceI will not recommend Resurrection Plumbing to anyone in/around San Diego

Review: This company was sent out by our insurance company to fix our garbage disposal, when sent out we were told that it needed to be replaced and it would not be under warranty. The unit was replaced and since then I've been calling resurrection Plumbing since 4/18/2013 to get a better understanding on why it wasn't covered under insurance. I feel after being charged $350 for them to the least they could do is call to give a better understanding on why it wasn't covered. After 1 week the unit stopped working and it took them 2 weeks to come out and fix it, again when asked for clarification on why it wasn't covered we are still left with no answer. We have even spoke to the insurance company and we were told it was left to the plumbing company.Desired Settlement: I would like some sort of refund for the amount of the garbage disposal and an explanation on why it wasn't covered.
