Ordered flashlight upgrade led bulb. 2 D cell. Very excited to receive.
Disappointed it physically does replace standard bulb.
Standard 2-,cell d flashlight bulb has threaded lock keeper
HOW THE F IS THIS A REPLACEMENT?
IT'S TOO LARGE to fit Into existing base.
WTF? Spend money n feel false advertising.

They sent the wrong item, a battery for my dog trainer did not even come close to fitting. I tried the phone # that is listed for them and nobody will answer it. I don't know how this business can stay operating.

I purchased an AC adapter which was ADVERTISED as being the correct replacement adapter for my land line telephone/answering machine Uniden model 830. It was not correct in that the 9V plug was too big to fit into the phone base unit. I emailed HQRP and they replied asking for the box code on the merchandise they had sent. (stalling tactic...hoping I would give up) I emailed the code as requested but got no reply. I reported this to Walmart.com as I had made the purchase through Walmart Marketplace and HQRP was their vendor. Walmart tried to contact HQRP and found that the phone number was not a working number. DO NOT BE RIPPED OFF by this vendor. They are VERY DISHONEST. Today I received an email from HQRP asking me to send them a picture of the merchandise (as though they didn't know what it looked like...LOL) I replied giving them my opinion of their business (not pretty).

So, how do we get a refund or return something that is the wrong item? I purchased a final HEPA filter for an upright Hoover vacuum. It does not fit. grrrrrr

I understand WalMart will not accept the item for return but this company does not seem very LEGIT.

I would like someone to email me regarding a return. I was sent the wrong item I would like a refund or correct item.

I called the ph # provided & NO one answers. I ordered a sewing machine plug with peddle & it came here the wrong unit, we sent then all the model & serial #'s & wrong part. I sent email & got nothing. I hope through this they DO have my email & what to do with this issue.

Great results. Ordered a product from this company, contacted them with a concern about shipping carrier, got a response within 3 hours. My order shipped out immediately, and although there was a glitch with the courier (nothing to do with seller), the product did arrive in the promised window of arrival, package and product inside was intact. Product measurement specs were off to a small degree from OEM, but does not render product unusable. I am currently testing the product, and do not anticipate a problem with it at present. I would say overall that it was a very positive experience dealing with these people, and based upon this experience, I would not hesitate to consider them for any future purchases.

Filed complaint with PAYPAL ON AUGUST 27TH Attempted to contact RESURS2 via "LIVE CHAT" WITHIN REQUIRED 7 DAY WINDOW however their "team was always off line". Left 2 messages advising that product was DOA as their website stated they would replace if reported within 7 days. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND OF ENTIRE PURCHASE PRICE: 8.70/USD

Review: I puchased a hp photosmart power supply for my 2710xi from them, they did not send me it. It was not the one in numerous photos of the correct power supply, wrong model.

When I tried to email, they sent 1 response asking for a code on the side which proves I have the wrong one, and then silence. They do not answer the provided phone number 10times now, nor do they respond to my 6 or 8 emails. I think they are a fly by night outfit that just stole 28 dollars. No customer service or assistance to correct this matter.Desired Settlement: immediately ship the correct item at thier expense, pay for the return postage of the item I must return

Review: I purchased an battery charger for my laptop last year. The charger broke halfway thru the warranty. They replaced the charger with little problem. I received the replacement a few months ago. That charger also broke. They will not replace it because they say my warranty is from the original date of purchase and that when they sent me the replacement it had no warranty. The customer service agent handling my case [redacted] doesn't return my emails and when he does he asks for the same information that he asked for 7 days before like some delay tactic where he never tells me whats going on. I would like either a refund or the charger to be replaced. They make a horrible product that falls apart that both times has lasted about 100 days before it breaks.Desired Settlement: They need to be looked into for their customer service practice and warranty. Their website also boasts about how great their product is made which is a lie.
