After clarifying with the apartment community, the calculation currently being used at the [redacted] community is based off the actual occupancy count residing within the unit and the unit’s sizeTo be more specific, it is formula number ‘8’ listed within the “Utility and Services Addendum”
Attached you find a copy of the resident’s lease (pages & 8) where the tenant signed the acknowledgment section of the document.Ms[redacted] lives in the largest unit with occupantsBecause of this scenario, she does have one of the highest bills at the property.Also attached you will find the property’s tenant billing summary reportIf you turn to page 9, you will see the actual formula used in calculating Ms[redacted]’s utility bill.Feel free to contact me with any additional questions you may have.Please note that the billing detail report contains information for all Resident’s at [redacted]It is important to keep the individual tenant information privateYou can share the last page if you deem it necessary however the tenant information must be kept confidential.Thank you,

[redacted] They are not going by size of the apartment and the size of Family of 5.  I got a water bill for 154.00 dollar. I have no water leaks at all. For this month. They are charge me the most of the water bill. They are darting me out. I want them to pay my water bill of 154.00 and also want my 140.00 and 154.00 refund.
