I'm writing this letter to indicate that Retagit has not followed up with the payment agreement that was promised to me

This is one of the many reasons we have decided to close the reTAGit retail locations and go back to 100% online business that we once were Our customer all want a like new item free of any issues for less than half the cost of walmart and 70% off most department storesWe were able to deliver these amazing products and savings for over years back when employees valued long term employment and customer serviceThe owners spend 12-hrs a day days a week at these stores double checking each and every itemEven with systems, policies and procedures in place we are unable to find a team of responsible people that want to come to work each day The reTAGit ownership team feels that it spends most of its time dealing with staffs personal issues than offering great products and services to our community If you provide us with you mailing address we will see that a check is mailed to your address

I have not responded as I have not yet received the check that the Owner said was going to be sent to me I had a feeling that they would lie, again What she told you in her statement, that the Employees could take care of the issue was not true The Employees I dealt with said that the Owner was the ONLY person that could issue payment I would like to reopen the case & I will forward a copy of all my dealings with the employees of ReTagit'Thank you, *** ***

The notes in our system show that a staff member started your refund but never finished the process. This is what created the long delay. I was able to restart the refund process yesterday after speaking with you and complete the return and credit. You should see the return back on your card today.

The owners spend 12-14 hrs a day 7 days a week at these stores double checking each and every item. We are very sorry for the delay. Our system requires either the card present at the store or the full card details in order to process a refund.
We just spoke with the customer and were able to get the payment details needed and the refund has been completed.

I'm writing this letter to indicate that Retagit has not followed up with the payment agreement that was promised to me.

As I have been promised earlier this week when we talked on the phone and you took my credit  card number that refund would be in my account that very next day - Nothing happened, as I follow up closely on this response with date of Nov 10, you stated that refund should be done on that day, thus will show up on my credit card. Nothing happened as of this morning, therefore any bank fee/overcharge fee etc  that your office is causing and financial stress you are causing my family, you will then be responsible for it. I trust that we are in agreement
