We were unable to deliver in a timely fashion, however, Customer was refunded for the full equipment price paid. We apologize for not being able to deliver. A full refund was given.

As previously mentioned, we did eventually receive a full refund from the business. However, we have gone over 3 months without a dispenser while this business continues to send us emails advertising dispensers in stock for sale. They made no effort to send us a replacement dispenser nor did they reimburse us for our additional costs incurred by their lack of follow through. They originally offered to refund us $2,000 from our purchase price as well as deliver the dispenser we paid for. By conveniently refunding the original purchase price, they walked away from that commitment and sold our dispenser to someone else. They still got their sale and we were left with no dispenser and additional out of pocket costs. This is not a reputable business!
