You requested Mia Videos to give you a full refund and video due to the delay and we were very clear that full refunds are not available for successfully service coverage completed on your wedding day. Instead, we offered you additional copies to satisfy this matter and you agreed to do so. After receiving your final product with out talking with us, you went ahead and dispute your payment with PayPal requesting $1000 refund which was denied by them due that we provided enough material that products and services were completed. Now you are requesting 10% of your total payment for same reason. 
We believe that you are free to express your emotions online but we complete disagree on the defamation that you are causing to our business.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  
Per my request, I would like at least a 10% refund which would be $248.97. If I receive the refund within 30 days of this request I will be more than happy to accept the resolution of this case. If I do not receive the refund, I will refile another claim with the Revdex.com.
As of July 24, 2015 I have not received a letter or refund from MIA Videos. 
FYI: We are moving on July 31, 2015 to a new address. The new address where the refund may be sent after 7/31/15 is:
