Terrible "waterproofing"Our basement has been destroyed for over months and their *** plastic inserts are not helping dry our walls in the slightestThey use scare tactics to make you act quickThey rip up your floors and walls and tell you to cover them back up when they are doneWe didn't trust them, so we waited to see if our walls would dry, but they didn'tIt's the "emperor's new clothes" of waterproofingWe keep calling and they give us the run around and keep offering more promises and changing their storyThe "techs" can't even come up with the same storiesSave your basement, money and time and run far away

had the free estimate done, by a sales man, who made a lot of promises and guarantees about how their product outperforms everything else on the marketThis may be true but only if things are installed correctlyThe install took under three days which seemed quick compared to all the work I was told my 20k was paying forAfter reviewing their work I found I didn't get everything I was promised, and the fine print explained whyI was told they would address cracks and spalling in the foundation which was completely overlookedThe person who did the inspection had no involvement with the project and the contractors who did the work spoke such broken English I could not ask questions or point out problems without a third partyI have had them out twice to fix issues since may, when the system was installedThey completely destroyed my finished basement which I have been spending thousands to put back the way it was beforeI cant fully refinish my basement until everything is fixed, and as of this date I am still getting water in on heavy rainsThey have the worst customer service I have ever experiencedThey don't call back like they say they willtheir service is scheduled weeks in advance (took me weeks for my last service call) and the service tech showed up without calling first, so I was not home, he made no other attempts to contact me or come backThey sold me on this great warranty which is *** if no one enforces itI wish I would have chosen another company but I am now stuck with them for the duration of owning the homei only wanted what was sold to me

I called this provider for a quick repair to my roofAn older man answered the phone & told me that his workers were out of town, but immediately started to get my information for a possible job opportunityI then asked if the business was "Licensed & Fully-Insured" & he very quickly said, again, that "His workers were out of town & that I better call someone else." No "Thank-You for calling," No "Sorry about that," No explanation or words of any kindJust a Dial-tone from him simply hangithe phone
