unable to obtain a refund or get my watch back
On Aug 13, 2022, I purchased a watch from
Retailing Enterprises. I was not happy with it because it looked too shiny and cheap. After numerous attempts to contact them and obtain a return label, I created my own and sent the watch back. since that time I have been unable to obtain a refund or get my watch back. Customer service with them is a joke.

Ordered a watch & watch-band-resize-tool. They sent tool, but not watch. Their website says shipped. I have shipping email showing only tool sent.
Order #XXXXXXXXX made on July 21, 2020 for:
SKU-XXXXX $148.00
and SKU-IT003 $9.00
Using payment: Visa

They refuse to reply to contact at their email address ***@invictastores.com

The watch has NOT been shipped. There is no sign of it being shipped in my FedEx account where the resize tool was tracked, but they've marked it in their order page as having been shipped. (see documentation)

It looks like I've paid $148.00 EXTRA for a band-sizing-tool.

Tried more than once to ask about this issue. Says their time to get to the shipping point is 4-5 days.

Long past that and they just don't answer any communication from email OR their site-form.

Desired Outcome

I want one of 2 things: 1. The Watch I paid for OR 2. The Money back in my Visa account

Order was submitted on 07/16 , as of today 07/28 the company has not shipped or communicated with me.
Order # XXXXXXXXX submitted on 07/16/2020.
Models: XXXXX for the amount of $ 76.00 for 2 items and model# 0701 in the amount of $ 76.00 for 2 items for a total of $ 152.00 minus 10 % ( $15.20)= $136.80 plus $ 12.99 for shipping and handling for a grand total of $ 149.79
paid by Master Card.
Today only(07/28/2020) , I received an email saying that models XXXXX was out of stock and that they were refunding me $ 68.40 .
I called the invicta 800 number today 07/28 and after more than an hour waiting for a response, I finally talked to a customer representative. I told him that I wanted to cancel my entire order and
that person told me that the model # 0701 was ready to be shipped and I could not cancel my order.
This complaint I am making is about the bad customer service that INVICTA has.
They should refund me the amount that I paid ( $ 68.40) plus half of the shipping and handling in the amount of $ 6.50.

Only the amount of $ 68.40 was refunded. Half of shipping in the amount of $ 6.50 was not refunded as they mentionned in their response.

Finally, the amount of $ 6.50 was credited to my account on 08/11/20 and not on 07-28

I need refunded. Terrible customer service
They never told me my payment failed, which it shouldn't have because it is valid. I left countless emails and calls and was on hold for 30 minutes , and placed another order so I could get the product I wanted and it says payment review. I paid for 2 day shipping and it's been 3 days my order was cancelled. Nobody notified me, no email or call. I sent a number of emails and called and was on hold for 30 minutes only to talk to a rep that barely spoke my language and was not helpful at all. Just telling me my payment failed when it should not have theres no possible reason why it should've. I just want the watch I ordered for my boyfriend , and the refund from the other order

A refund for my order over 100$ that was cancelled that I was never made aware of And my watch from the second order that I placed .

Good day- There us a 3rd party that verifys orders for fraud etc... customer order was flagged and cancelled by the processor for any number of reasons. We advised the customer this on the email reply to them. The payment was voided on the order $101.11 see attched there willnot be a refund. The other order placed XXXXXXXXX is processing.

ordered a watch online with invictastores.com no one answers their phone or do not return my email I was charged cant track the order
I was charded 102.39 for a watch I ordered on line on 5/11/2020 order #XXXXXXXXX is not trackable I have sent out emails on several occasions which they promise to get back within 24 hours still no response their phone no one ever answers so I don't know if this was a scam till this day I have not received my watch

I made a purchase on May 7, 2020 for 2 Watches and I only received one. They are gifts for my husband's upcoming Birthday. I sent a few emails asking about the current status of my order....I have yet to receive a reply. I'm also beginning to think that the one watch I received isn't in working condition. I'm gonna have to check that later. This is no way to run a business....they need to reply to inquiries made by customers. This is the first and LAST time I'll purchase from this company. Currently disputing the charge on my PayPal accountnow. Once I check the other watch out, I may dispute that one now too.

My husband purdhased this watch on a cruise on February 28, 2020 on the Equinox - Celebrity Lines.
When we returned home on Febrary 29th the watch was still working but stopped on March 2, 2020.
We were advised to send it to Invicta International in Sandy, Utah. We paid $28.00 plus $49.00 plus shipping charges of $11.50.

The watch was there for about a month until they advised that it was fixed and ready to be shipped back to us. When it was received, it worked for about 3 days and then stopped keeping time.

Refund I would like a refund or for them to send me another watch - preferably one that works. Thank you

I ordered a watch online on 4/11/2020 and my card has been charged for the price posted. I received an email on 4/13/2020 informing me that my ordered has been cancelled. I called their customer service to ask about the status of my order and I was informed that my order has been cancelled due to a pricing error. I was told that they will not honor the wrong price that they posted.

Other (requires explanation) I would like them to honor the posted price and deliver the item I purchased since it was posted on their website and I have received a confirmation from them that the order has been placed.

Customer ordered a watch and the pricing was incorrect. There was not a price it was 00.00 dollars customer was charged shipping which has been refuned. PEr our website ....We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

For the past three weeks, I have been getting daily emails from Invicta and each time I attempt to unsubscribe, they system says that my email address is not registered with Invicta. I purchased two items from them this past spring, and my email address was part of my personal information to that company. I want the daily harassing marketing emails to stop.

Desired Outcome

No further contact by the busi Unless I make a future order, which is a very slim possibility at this point, I do not want anymore information from Invicta.

Good morning. I did receive an email from "Invicta Stores Support" on
August 8, 2019. They advised me that there was a glitch in their web site,
which caused the "unsubscribe" link to not work, so they manually removed my
email address. I haven't received any more of their marketing messages
since the 8th.
