I am rejecting this response because:I just received a message from Revdex.com stating my case has been closed. This was never resolved. I have had incidents with retail me nots coupons. I have shopped at Soma and Bath and Body Works and both stores tell me the don't accept retail me not coupons. It appears to me that it's some kind of scam to get me into the store and than I'm informed they don't accept the coupon. It's deceiving to see the company advertise on retail me not and I take time to shop and then they tell me NO! Please reopen my case. Regards,

Hi ***, We see that there were submissions of three different receipts using two different email addresses for the rebateThe offer terms state only one rebate is allowed per user, so you are only eligible for one rebate with a qualifying receiptPer your email correspondence, your
sister submitted one of your receipts and received credit for the submission; your submission of the same receipt was rejected as a duplicateAnother submission you submitted was below the minimum threshold before taxes, so it did not qualify for the rebate. Receipt 1- submitted under email address and paid out.Receipt 2- submitted under email address 2, same as receipt 1, so rejected as a duplicate. Receipt 3- submitted under email address 1, so rejected because a reward was received for receipt 1.Receipt 4- submitted under email address 2, but did not meet the minimum purchase amount of $before taxes.Receipt 5- submitted under email address 2, same as receipt with a return which brings the minimum purchase amount to less than the previous submission. Revdex.com,They resolved my issue regarding my order from the 17th, I never made a complaint about an order from the 30th so I dont know what they are talking about thereThey only resolved the issue after I made this complaint, so when they say my complaint was that is untrue, they had not and gave no indication of resolution before my filing a Revdex.com complaint
