Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Retailmenot is avoiding the issueI could easily unsubscribe from them myself and have done so They sold my email address to multiple other emarketers that are bombarding we with unwanted emailsThe email address used for retailmenot was exclusive for their site; it was created just to communicate with themSince going to their site, I have received spam email to the exclusive address from up to different emailers per dayThe ONLY way these spammers could have gotten my email address is thru retailmenot and I want retailmenot to contact the companies to whom they sold my address and have them stop emailing meI did not realize retailmenot was so unethical or I would NEVER have gone on their site in the first placeTo sell my email address to sites advertising "Black Dating"; "Erectile Dysfunction"; "Gas Credit Card"; "Obamacare Insurance"; etc is despicable and I want them to correct it immediatelyMost of the junk email is coming from fake or bogus email addresses so it is impossible to reply and to unsubscribe only gives them license to resell your email to other unsavory sites, thus multiplying the problemI want everyone to know that retailmenot is unethical and will sell your email address to unscrupulous sites Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] from retailmenot has provided the same response as what other employees have done to meClearly it indicates that she has not even gone through my case in detail and just replied so that retailmenot can maintain the reputation on Revdex.com siteLet me repeat it AGAIN that I'm very well aware of the fact that users are limited to a maximum of five rewards per merchant in any rolling day periodWhat is not clarified anywhere in "Terms and conditions" is that how this day period is calculatedEarlier few of the representatives replied me that it is based on the purchase date and later others told me that it is based on the Payout dateHere is my purchases made so far from ***:Purchase Date Payment Date Amount11/16/ 12/2/ $11/22/ 12/8/ $11/24/ 12/11/ $11/27/ 12/14/ $12/10/ 12/25/ $12/13/ - Ineligible $1012/15/ - Ineligible $1012/19/ 1/3/ $12/25/ - Ineligible $3012/26/ 1/11/ $Here, purchase made on 12/19/was approved and paid but purchase made on 12/25/was not approvedNow, this purchase made on 12/25/was denied saying my total was only $where I made purchase of $Macy's incorrectly reported it as $to retailmenot since my order (containing total items) was partially fulfilled and 3rd item shipped late on 01/23/2018, I've sent attached proof for this to retailmenot a while back (PDF name " [redacted] order [redacted] "),but they never bothered to look into the details, as they don't care for customers!!Plus nowhere in the terms it is clarified when exactly fresh day period starts, Retailmenot is clearly taking advantage of users who makes valid purchases and delaying payout day on purpose so that rolling day period will cross over with other purchases.I've already submitted more than attachments containing the proof of all these details to retailmenot but they kept on overlooking my detailsI want retailmenot to accept their mistake and pay me remaining cashback and fix the "Terms and conditions" clearly stating the details whether days starts from purchase date or payout date so that other customers will not suffer through this cashback program Regards, [redacted]
