Review the local police logs through a simple Google search, and talk with the Manheim Township Police as well They are well acquainted with this scam operation as soon as you inform them against whom you are wishing to file a complaint I am still trying to get involvement with these two guys, Jason Retallack and Shaun Schaefer, resolved, as they currently have $of my money and have never done any work on my property Neighbors kindly gave advice to stay away from them, after their own bad experiences, and so I decided not to proceed and to request the deposit back This has been going on since March 6, 2018, and today I finally had to go to the police to request that criminal charges be filed Repetitive dates were established for return of the deposit, with each date meeting with a no-show Stay way from this outfit There are reputable tree and lawn care outfits who may cost a little more, but the extra money spent will be well worth it in the long run

Neighbors kindly gave advice to stay away from them, after their own bad experiences, and so I decided not to proceed and to request the deposit back. This has been going on since March 6, 2018, and today I finally had to go to the police to request that charges be filed. Repetitive dates were established for return of the deposit, with each date meeting with a no-show. Stay away from this outfit. There are reputable tree and lawn care outfits who may cost a little more, but the extra money spent will be well worth it in the long run. STAY AWAY WITHOUT QUESTION. They now have four known police log complaints, one of which is my own.

Review: Had this person come out and do lawn work. He did come out and start job. Realized he need more time and material to finish. I knew this guy from coming into my workplace so I paid him up front so he could get the supplies and finish the job. Well after that first day he never came back to finish job. I did get him to pick up the phone and he promised he be there but never showed up. Now he wont answer any phone calls I make to himDesired Settlement: Would like to get a check for the amount that I paid him for the extra supplies I never got.

Review: [redacted] Retallack, owner of Retallack Lawn Care, was referred to me by a friend. On Tuesday, March 18th 2014 Mr .Retallick agreed to cut and remove a fallen tree limb from my property as well as remove my demolished shed roof from my property for $50.00. The tree limb was cut however, four large logs still remain on my property. Additionally, the demolished roof shingles remain on my property. While Mr. Retallack was unable to complete the job on the 18th he informed me he would return the morning of Wednesday, March 19th 2014. I paid Mr. Retallack the agreed upon $50.00 however, Mr. Retallack did not arrive and the job continues to be incomplete. I have not received any communication from Retallack Lawn Care. I called Mr. Retallack on Tuesday, April 1st 2014 and was disconnected. When I attempted a second phone call I was immediately directed to voice mail.
