Throughout our years of home delivery of the community newspaper to the Waynedale area, we have no record that resident had ever notified
us to stop delivery at their addressWe have phone lines, many email addresses, contact forms on our website and a fax line all publicly posted for our readers and clients to use to contact us for anything they may need, including this type of requestSince this is the first time we are being notified of this request, we will add this residence to our stop delivery list
Additional response to the complaint; many things in this complaint point to the fact that it is most likely not the Waynedale News that is problematic, but we will abide by the request
Consumer may want to check to make sure that it is in fact The Waynedale Newspaper, since the consumer stated multiple times, "every week"; but this newspaper only is delivered every two weeksConsumer "never signed up for service, products, etc." but has been receiving the newspaper for the year duration we have been in businessAlso, we had not delivered any other services or products to the home, just the newspaper
Consumer specified no "not send anything to their name, family name or current resident." As their terminology implies, we in fact do not send anything to residences through the US mail or any other courierWe take pride in the fact that we provide local delivery jobs to residents in the areaIf the consumer is seeing any type of label on the newspaper or any other piece, then it is not the Waynedale Newspaper
