Made a order in April,2013 for 2 replacement boards, Wrong boards sent, and have been calling all summer to either have correct boards sent or refundMade an order on 13 April for 2 replacement boards.Order# [redacted], the wrong boards were set, I contacted retech , they said send boards back and old boards also for comparison, they never returned calls! After repeated calls and messages, finally was refered to Tech. who asked for added TV info and Ser.#'s , gave them all info over 2 weeks ago and was told they would return call by Monday sept30th, have not received a return call, would now like a REFUND!Desired SettlementIt is apparent they are not interested in getting me the correct boards or returning any calls from sales, tech's or anybody, this has gone on all summer long since april, I wish to have a complete refund, my phone # is [redacted] # is [redacted] They need to either send me a check or contact me to credit my card account, the card # I gave them is the same card, but the company changed my number when the card expired and was reissued.Business Response Contact Name and Title: RetechContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]We definitely dropped the ball on this, I'm not sure why we allowed, much less requested that Mr. [redacted] send his old boards in, that doesn't make any sense at all. ordered a RCA power supply board on January 21st. It arrived on the February the 3rd installed in tv and that the baoard only partiall worked. we called Ben on the 4th of february and he said he would have to get back to us on Thursday or Friday. I tried to call him on Thursday as I had a customer waiting for the set. Left message on answering machine. Friday I called again and left another message on both sales and returns department answering machines. I called again on monday the 10th still no call back the 11th I again left message. No one answering phones and no call backs.At this point we are wondering about the company being legitimate.Desired SettlementAs we explained to Ben we still need the part but if they can not supply it please let us know and refund our money.Business Response Unfortunately, this version if events is essentially true. During February and the first couple of days in March we experienced a myriad of problems that resulted in a lot of communication issues, both through email/website and phones. All of these issues have since been resolved and we've added a web based RMA system with redundancy to prevent something like this from EVER happening again. To get this resolved, just log in to your account and click the returns button next to the order number in question and it will start the RMA programjust mention in the comments section that this is an issue from February and we'll get it refunded in full immediately, you won't even need to wait for the part to be sent back. Our customer service track record has been impeccable with the exception of the few weeks in which we had these problems, we make no excuses for the perceived lack of attention during that time but hope that the overall impression one takes from this would give significant consideration to the four years of great service and less to this small window in which we failed to maintain our reputation. We are very sorry for any problems experienced and assure everyone that we've taken appropriate steps to ensure this never happens again.

ordered a part from Retech never recived the parton 6/24/14 Order #41916 and 6/25/14 order #41967 I ordered parts and still have not received them. I have called and called no one will answer the phone, leave messages no one will return calls. I have emailed them and no response. One of the orders was paid thru[redacted] and I was able to recover that amount. I would just like my money back,$54.89 I have since re-ordered the part from somewhere else. I contacted my bank for the refund and they were no help. As far as I can tell the business is still operating and taking orders via internet and stealing money from consumers. This website needs to be taken down it apprears to be fraud. Desired SettlementI woulld like a refund of $54.89 that was paid to retechtv for an item that was never recieved.

Part purchased ([redacted]). Part delivered, did not work properly. Called Retech, informed a new part would be sent. No part received as yet.Part purchased ([redacted]) on 1/24/2014 for $109.98 plus $9.50 shipping for a total of $119.48. Part did arrive but was non functioning. I phoned Retech and I was told a new part would be sent to me. As of today, 12/22/2014 no part received. Calls and emails during the entire period have received no response. In moving some items for Christmas I came across the non functioning TV and decided to try again to make contact. I became very concerned when the website was down, phone disconnected and in seeing the web postings and other complaints.Desired SettlementRefund the amount I was charged or supply an operational part immediately.

I have been trying to contact someone about opening a RMA, which is required to make a return, so that I may return and not-needed item. My first inquiry received a response, but the customer service representative just stopped responding to messages and failed to provide any RMA information. They continue to take orders from their website and taking money but have no intentions of shipping the product. I have left many many voice-mails and emails with no responses. I see from Revdex.com complaints that many other people are still having the same problems, is this not illegal? How can they continue to operate without someone shutting them down?
