Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.According to the bill that was presented to me at the time of service, I have a written receipt showing that is was paid in fullNo where on the signed receipt does it say it is an estimateI spoke with them when I was in the office, and explained this to them. My insurance did pay on this as wellI don't feel that I owe them any moneyI am willing to send a copy of the receipt that states it is paid in full

procedure. The customer was given a quote for aprocedure which at that time the surgeon was not sure which procedure would be done. The surgeondid not know which approach would be needed until the customer was in the operating room. Thecustomers insurance applied everything to deductible leaving the customer responsible for everything.The customer is refusing to pay for other charges as well, when these other charges have nothing to dowith the quote the customer was given. The customer refused to speak with myself, the office managerto resolve this issue and insisted that I speak with his office staff about this situation. I am unable tospeak with anyone other than the customer do to the customer's privacy. The surgeon never informedthe customer that he would be giving him a discount of $4055.63, this amount is what we would adjustoff as our office is contracted with the customer's insurance and we have an agreement to accept whatthe customers insurance allows for procedures. The customer spoke with our lead biller not thesurgeon. The customer is right that the surgery would be billed to his insurance in the amount of$7554.75 and per the customers insurance he would be responsible for $3,499.12 which the customerpaid. Due to the surgeon having to take a different approach in surgery the customers insurance alloweda higher amount leaving the customers responsibility higher.
