Was charged for a service that was never delivered. They did not appear to know what they were doing. I was charged to pay for window rollers which they did not have with them. They were suppose to return and repair the broken rollers with new rollers. After setting up appointments twice I gave up and contacted someone else.
Marc's Glass was highly recommended to us by [redacted] which is a company that builds and replaces door. We need to replace a picture window, a window in our basement and also replace the clear glass in our front door with textured glass. I called [redacted] yesterday (12/4/14) and he told me to text him as he was driving and leave him a detailed message. I did so immediately. Never heard back. So today I called him and he was fuzzy as to who I was but soon realized I had sent him a text. He checked it and then said he'd have his assistant call me...have never received a call. So I sent him another text, told him I was really irritated, and to call me back immediately. Then I decided to check the Internet for information on his company. I was glad I did. This guy looks like a total flake and a bad businessman. I soon after checked the Revdex.com and saw that he had an "F" rating. So I texted him back, told him what I found, and then told him to not bother getting in touch with me.
