In response to the complaint by [redacted]. Her mother [redacted] dropped her car off when we were closed. [redacted] called us the on February 13 2018 and told us her car was running rough. We scanned the vehicle and found that it had code 300 for misfiring on cylinders 2+3. We checked compression test...

on all 4 cylinders all had 150 lbs. of compression-checked spark plugs-spark plugs were new. Had no spark on number 2+3 cylinders- tested coil found bad which in turn spark from coil ruined module which is inside coils replaced coil assembly and control module. Road tested vehicle ran good. [redacted] called and asked if we found out what was wrong with her vehicle and I Sue told her that it was a coil pack + control module that goes inside the coil and [redacted] asked how much and I told her it would $507.00 she said when can you fix it. I told her we had put the parts in to make sure it was the problem she said good. She asked if we would take post dated checks like I have done in the past for her but told her in May of 2017 we no longer did that. I told her no we can't take post dated checks. [redacted] said that my daughter would pay for it. I said ok. Customers daughter [redacted]  came in to pay and had very bad language towards me about Fast Lane in front of a sales rep. because she had to pay her mothers bill. I offered to take the parts off and she said no. Vehicle never stalled on road test customer called and said it was running good but stalled intermittent. We told her to come in. She brought it in and we scanned vehicle had no codes. We road tested it vehicle never stalled on us. She left with it and she got it to stall. We told her to come back so she did. We cleaned the throttle plates cleaned the IAC motor and set min. idle while she waited at no charge to her. [redacted] stated in her complaint that I was rude and so was Stu the mechanic Stu never even talked to her or saw her. I was not rude even when she started swearing at me. I have been in business for 35 years and had only one complaint which was settled at the Revdex.com in my favor. Thank you Susan P.
