The reason there was little communication to our customer about closing of the park was that the buyer of the property has a history of inconsistency and shrewd business practicesWe did not have confirmation that closing was actually going to happen until October 8thIf the buyer did not show up to closing we planned to keep the park openAdditionally the original closing was not supposed to happen until JanuaryAs for the rude individual who currently owns the property, I cannot be held responsible for his actions I have no contractual obligation to any of my customersThey signed a contract stating that they understand the rules and release me from any liability I sent refunds because it was the right thing to doUnfortunately with over members, mistakes can and do happen I sent over prorated refunds by the end of OctoberTwo of the complaints above were due to the customers change in address that we were unaware ofOne of these two has been refunded and the other has a check on the way to them via mail now that we have proper addressesBoth of which I have contacted by phone as well The complaint with the proper addres has received and cashed their refund check # Thank you, Andy P [redacted]

I have no contractual obligation to any of my customers. They signed a contract stating that they understand the rules and release me from any liability.  I sent refunds because it was the right thing to do. Unfortunately with over 350 members, mistakes can and do happen.
 
I sent over 350 prorated refunds by the end of October. Two of the complaints above were due to the customers change in address that we were unaware of. One of these two has been refunded and the other has a check on the way to them via mail now that we have proper addresses. Both of which I have contacted by phone as well.
