Hello there,Reading from the complaint, I have enclosed the invoice stating that work was done on your ACRepairs were done on numerous AC units around that time frame and we expected them to come in and check the units and let us know that work was doneWe never received a request from the resident about wanting an update on the work done but we gave dates for when the work was done and work was completed by an AC vendor.As for the follow up, we have been going through numerous changes and we are willing to have the AC problem looked at again if you wish to contact us to schedule a time and date as you are hard to reach at timesBut we can get the issue taken care of as soon as possible as long as we receive contact.As for the communications on the leasing staff, we have numerous units and numerous issues that need to be solved on a daily basisThe issue As for the staff, apologies are given about the lack of communication but for the "retaliatory behavior" there was also harassment involved that we have documentation of as well and the situation was addressed between you (the resident) and the Community Manager at the time, as well as the District Manager notified of the situationMany Apologies about the situation at hand but if you would like to reach out and make arrangements for repairs to be done on the AC, we can get that taken care of as soon as we can
