Companies purchased the property from previous owners on 6/12/2013, Mr*** did not receive his first utility bill until 8/1/for the months of 6/1-6/30/On the statement of deposit, the property did bill his account for two days of apartment rent, pet rent, and storage rent for December, since he stayed past his original move out date of 11/30/At the beginning of December his account had a prepayment of $22.40, along with the $security deposit that was paid at move in, these were absorbed by all of the charges listed above totaling $74.45, leaving the remaining utility bills to be paid out of pocketIt is Steadfast Companies' policy to send all past residents that owe a balance at move out to the collection agency the same day we process the statement of deppositThe credit agency does not report to the credit bureau until thirty days of receiptWe ask Mr*** to pay the remaining utility balance of $at his earliest convenience
