a check number and an estimated arrival dateOnce I had received the check number and the estimated date of arrival, I did inform the applicant of the check number and date by phoneOn the 21st, applicant called the office and stated that she didn't receive the check as of yet and requested a tracking numberI did inform her that I didn't have a tracking number, but that I would look into itAs of this time, I have not been able to obtain a tracking number, but I am still working on obtaining the information as well as looking to make sure that the check hasn't been sent backI do want to ensure that the deposit is given back due to the applicant not being at fault for the unit not being ready at the scheduled move in date
