Review: A perfect Mercedes was put on a large car transport vehicle to be transported from Reno to Coeur d alene. The driver refused to deliver the car close to our home said it was late 11pm and he wanted yo go home. If we wanted to have it tomorrow or next day it would be an additional 75.00. We already paid 100.00 and we had to bring 650.00 cash to pay him. We went brought cash almost midnight traveling to a place we had never been in the dark. We got the car home put it in the garage and continued to drive our H3 because it's wet here or snowy . The car was picked up around the 7th of December. I can get the exact date and proof of payment. We found out a few weeks ago the material covering underneath the car was torn and flapping.the car was originally loaded last we have a neighbor that said it did load last. When it unloaded it was alone on top of this large contraption . We think it came off on one side tearing the fabric. I called the company he blew me off!Desired Settlement: Let us go somewhere locally for repairs. It's the way we were treated and the tear that has our dander up!
