allow the members to come into the club and fill out a document to also terminate the membership to make it easier for the customer.Attached is [redacted]'s contract that he has both read and accepted the terms and conditions stated in the agreement. Highlighted is the cancellation and auto renew policy.We will allow [redacted] to cancel the membership and waive the 60 day notice as long as he comes to the club to complete the cancellation document or can follow the steps in the agreement and send a certified letter.It has also been confirmed by the club representative that had the phone conversation with [redacted], he stated that he was recording the conversation without the consent of the club representative. ln the state of Delaware, recording a phone conversation without consent from both parties is unlawful. (Del. Code Ann. tit. 11, § 2402(c)(4) Del. Code Ann. tit. 11, § 1335(a)(4))Hopefully we can get this issue resolved soon in a decent manner.
