[redacted] called up the gym last Wednesday March 2nd, When [redacted] called she was very rude and nasty to the front desk manager from the startShe said that she had been trying to cancel her membership over the phone since November of We explained to her that we never take a cancellations over the telephone due to privacy reasonsShe then started screaming at the Manager and telling her she sent a letter back in November of We explained to her that if she sent a letter in November she should have sent it certified or called us to verify we got it because we have no record of her requesting a cancellationAt that point the manager told her she would cancel her and her kids memberships immediately affective 3/2/and they will no longer get charged any addition feesShe was not happy with that response and wanted a refund for all memberships dated back from November to MarchThe manager very nicely told her that we can not process any kind of refund unless she has proof that she came into the club to cancel or sent a letter certified [redacted] started yelling at the manager and told her she was going to file a compliant against use with the Revdex.comI apologized to her and she then hung up on the manager

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First: March 2, was NOT the first time I spoke with Christine it was at least months before Her excuse not to cancel over the phone is excuse and I explained that to her.Second: The US Mail is pretty reliable and this another excuse of not receiving my letter (when I first called the gym no one informed me to send it certified) If I cancelled someone's membership over the phone eventually, that person would show up at the gym and immediately get reinstated by the gymA win win for them Third: I never scream at anyone I am very direct and obviously frustrated by their lack of management This costing me a lot money each monthFourth: Christine left out the part where demanded Februarys payment and threatened to send me debt to collections That is when I told her to do what she had to do and I did hang up on her (not screaming)She can't get her story straight Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.comWe asked for this member to come into the gym and show us the Doctors note, and sign our cancelation form. This member did not show up after told times the procedure. ThanksRetro Fitness Freehold Management

from Retro Fitness Management is 100% falseI spoke to two representatives on the phone from Retro Fitness Freehold; Chris and AmandaChris instructed me to email *** to process my requestAfter no response, I called again and Amanda advised me Chris would return my call "after 5:PM" that she was "not management" and "could not assist." I have any received any correspondence from Retro FitnessPlease provide proof of response otherwise I would advise not to make statements involving me.Additionally, I have stressed several times in emails and their website where members can file a complaint, that I no longer live in the areaNo alternate method of resolution has been offered to me, only coming into their Freehold office, something I have stated repeatedly that I am unable to do.Retro Fitness Management needs to arrange to send me cancellation documents other than myself coming into their Freehold office, cancel my membership, and refund the November charge of $to mePlease advise if I have to involve my attorney
