I am rejecting this response because:I know retro fitness says it is all cleared up, but I still have not received conformation from their billing company also stating it is closed. Last I heard from ABC Financial I still owed money including late fees and penalties.

Member came in on 12/14/16 3:21 PM and filled out a cancellation form.. Member was informed about our 30 day cancellation clause. Members cancellation request was entered on 12/15/16 11:59 am (pending last payment) 30 day clause as per contract. Payment was not received as of yet and has a balance...

of $92.67 and soon will be sent to collections.

This matter should be brought to the credit card company. There's no way for us to know if this person did or did not use his card.

The member ([redacted]) has called into the facility regarding to cancel. We provide the information however we have not received a letter of cancellation. We have reached out to the member to assist them, we have heard from the Mother nor the member at this time.
