Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/11/20) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Owner Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @gmail.com I have been calling Mrs [redacted] and her son for weeks trying to find out how to get them their sale packet and checkThey have not respondedThere claims are mostly false, there were a few situations brought to my attention that I took care ofThe dryer, I paid them for, I also paid full price for the bakers rack that they claim my employee marked sold, I charged the correct price for the chow chow trainI told them that I was not happy about the price change and would handle the situation with my employee and I didThe shelf that I purchased I paid for just as if any other customer had purchased it, I itemized it in the receipt page of their packet If they did not want to pay 35% for the estate sale services that we provided, they should have hired another companyAlmost everything in their complaint is speculative paranoiaWe did everything we said we would do per our contractThe pricing is exclusively our decision per the contractI am very skilled at pricing, and have never had a complaint from an estate sale customerIn the packet that I made for them I also included our hours, we put in total man hoursThis is only myself, ***, and [redacted] I am not counting any other helpersMy son was not there because I didn't have daycare for him, he is old enough to stay by himselfHe was carrying things out to peoples cars for them, and helping us when we asked I still have their packet, I was planning to mail it via certified mail to the address of the sale because I have not heard from themHowever, my fear was that the house had sold and the mail would not be forwarded, so I have continued to call and ask how I can get it to themThey have not responded I am very sorry that they were not satisfied with our services, but we did our part, and had really good traffic, we sold almost $3,worth of items I don't think anyone could have made this client happyThat is just my opinion I was happy that the few issues were brought to my attention during the sale and that I was able to rectify the situationI thanked them for that, I explained how I would handle it and they agreedWhen I left, I thought everything was fine I have never had a complaint before from any estate we have worked on, in fact I have made many great friends from my clients, and still speak with all of them I wish them well, and really need to know how to get their check and packet to them
