Purchased "video game battery replacement". Mailed $30 super nintendo game to company. No response. Contacted via email 3 times and phone two times.Purchased battery replacement service for $13.13, order # [redacted], on February 19th, 2016. Paid via PayPal, transaction ID[redacted]. Mailed $30 Super Nintendo game (Donkey Kong 2) to [redacted] Retro Video Game Repair[redacted] on February 20th, 2016. Received email from owner, [redacted] on February 22nd asking for a return address confirmation, as my address is long and sometimes USPS doesn't recognize it. I replied with another spelling of my street. [redacted] replied again on February 23rd saying the new address worked and he would let me know when the game arrived safely. 14 days after mailing game, I still hadn't heard from [redacted], so I emailed him directly ([redacted] on March 5th, inquiring about the game and the process. No response. On March 8th, I then went to their website and used the contact form, asking for assistance. No response. I've called the phone number listed on their website ([redacted], though according to their site, this is not a real phone number; it simply directs phones calls to someone's personal cell phone. I also posted a complaint on their Facebook page on March 10th. Still no response. I want a refund for $13.13, $5.00 for shipping the game, and $30.00 for the game itself. Ordered repair of NES console in NovemberIn mid-November I ordered a repair of my NES console through their website. On November 25th I received an email from [redacted] stating that my console had arrived at their shop and to allow 2-3 weeks for the repair. Shortly before Christmas I had heard nothing so I began sending emails requesting an update and making phone calls to them. All of which remain unanswered. I have since filed a claim through PayPal but my console valued at $40-$60 is still at the location. I can only wonder how many times this woman has swindled other customers as well. Repair services completed but refuse to answer email or phone calls in order to receive my product back.Hello on November 4 2015 I set up a repair service for my non working Nintendo entertainment system through retro video fame repair. The order number was XXXXXX and I paid $47.49 through paypal credit card for services. After about a month I hadn't heard anything from them so I tried calling them. I got no answer but left messages. I also emailed them but still no response until December 18 2015. They informed me that my Nintendo was not repairable and could refund me $37.50 for the usable parts they could keep. I was fine with that offer and emailed them on January 7 2016 to tell them I would accept that offer. Since then I have emailed them a few more times and also called them to confirm how I would receive the refund. I have been patient but it should not take this long to send my refund. This is ridiculous and will never use this company again. I hope to resolve this and receive what is rightfully mine. Thank you for your time. I ordered from this company one month ago and my order has not arrived. They will not respond to phone calls or emailsOn 07/09/2015, I ordered several products from the Nintendo Repair Shop under Order Number [redacted]. The products included were Nintendo Cartridge Cleaning Cloths under model [redacted], Nintendo Game Cleaning Paste under model [redacted], and Nintendo Game Cleaning Rinse under model [redacted]. The product cost came to $12.96 and the shipping cost was $3.14, thus my total cost was $16.10. I purchased these products through my [redacted] debit card. The package was supposed to arrive[redacted]. I have called this company several times including today, 8/5/2015 during business hours with no response. On 8/3/2015, I sent them an email and received no response. In addition, I sent them the same email previously sent to their "Contact Us" page. I still have received no response. I ordered from "Shop" two months ago, both (repair) service and product. My order has not been completed. They won't respond to calls or emails.On June 20, 2016, I placed an Order with Nintendo Repair Shop for both product and service. Specifically, I ordered and paid for the Nintendo Repair Service ($28.49 with parts) and also the game cleaning service for twelve video game cartridges at the cost of $1.42 each. At the instruction of the Repair Shop, my NES game console (Nintendo) and twelve (12) games were mailed directly to them for service and repair. I also paid for return shipping (U.S. Mail Priority). The total sent/paid via [redacted] is $59.68. I received confirmation of the order via email from the Repair Shop, and another email confirming that the console and games had arrived. According to the Shop's web page, repairs usually take one-two weeks to complete and return. It has been eight weeks now. I've not received my items, nor has the Shop responded to multiple emails from me requesting an update on the status of my order. I've also attempted to call the telephone number listed on their site many times (over many days) during business hours, with no answer and no return call. Their phone number is apparently a cell number, which rolls over to another number, to a voicemail. At this point, I am beginning to believe that I have been scammed here. I will likely never see the video console or games again, which is even more disheartening given that I had promised them to my children once returned. I would like to be refunded for what was paid to them from here for the product (parts and cleaning materials) and service ordered (Nintendo NES console repair and game cleaning). As stated, multiple attempts have been made to communicate with the seller, with no response.Desired SettlementI would like either the Order completed asap. Placed order to have a NES gaming system cleaned and repaired. Also was to have 7 Nintendo NES games also cleaned and new batteries to be placed. Have tried to contact owner [redacted] several times by phone, multiple number, and through the company web site and the emails that I had received prior to placing order. I have heard nothing from the owner and notified Paypal of this incident so they can help resolve. I did find a phone number for Ms [redacted] on the web , called, and she said she had a father in poor health. I explained that I just wanted either the items repaired and returned, return the items and refund the fees payed.
