We have been trying to accommodate this member for over the six months he has been a
member of our facilityUnfortunately lowering the volume for him resulted in him still not being happy with the sound level and numerous members complaining that they could not hear the musicHe stated that he comes in during off hoursHowever many times he checks in between 3:and 4:pm which is the start of our busy hoursWe are required by corporate to maintain the music at a level to energize the members at the club
Short term agreements are normally not cancellableThis pertains to one and three month agreementsHe signed two one month agreements followed by two three month agreementsThe sound level at the club has been relatively constant since we openedIf anything it may actually be lower
On Friday, July 18, our employee stated during a conversation with this member that he could not refund a short term agreement but he would forward his request to the ownersMonday morning, July 21, he called and demanded to talk to the managerShe informed him that she would leave a message for the owners who would be in that afternoonHe was not satisfied with this answer, started yelling at her and threatened that he would bash the club on all social mediaAfter continuing to raise his voice, our manager again stated that she would leave a message for the owners and politely told him she would be hanging up
Upon review of the situation the owners decided to refund the entire three month membership fee of $plus tax since he was only days into the agreementThis was done on Tuesday, July He should have been happy with this since in his complaint to the Revdex.com (which we only became aware of over a week later) only asked for a $refundBefore we could contact him he called the club, was told by our manager that the entire fee was refunded but he still raised his voice, continued to complain and finally hung up

Never received refund. Never attended gym past 1:30 pm. Always given a hard time about noise level. Long education in acoustics. Over 90 decimals. Should have complained to health dept. that will be next step.  Always left facility by 4:30 pm when noise would be increased. Please post.
