I ordered a refurbished PlayStation 2 from a 3rd party seller on ***. When I received the product it did not work. I contacted the 3rd party seller and was told I would be sent a replacement. After that email all contact seized.

This buyer was emailed after every inquiry (a total of 6 times), tracking was sent twice (Feb 13th and again on Feb 14th). You can see from the tracking below that his replacement arrived the same day he wrote this last email (Feb 14th). They appear to be having trouble receiving emails as they did not acknowledge either of the last two responses with tracking. I will forward the other email chains as well
