I would definetely NOT recommend Hearth of Calgary to anyone! The salesman was all talk and no facts for accurate pricing information until it was written upThey said the work was weeks out the day we paid 1/the cost of $One Insert upstairs and one freestanding downstairs at the same timeAfter weeks received a call to say they were another weeks out with no explanationWork began on the 5th week after I called in week The installation crew was very good no problems thereI did not push the company for information and also was not provided much until I did call and then things slowly happened it seemed after a reminderWhen I did call they were very disorganized and had no idea of the status of our order of when things could startThey had to check and call backWhen they say minutes it means any time that day if you're luckyThe owner Cliff was sympathetic on the phone but had no reasons for weeks of delay and a very poor time estimate, He really only wanted my credit card information and the rest felt simply like lip-serviceAgain the installers were very good but the company was disorganized and is antiquated as you can tell entering their "Show Room", a old rundown buildingThe products work well but dealing with this company was not worth the effort

They said the work was 2 weeks out the day we paid 1/2 the cost of $9000. One Insert upstairs and one freestanding downstairs at the same time. After 2 weeks received a call to say they were another 2 weeks out with no explanation. Work began on the 5th week after I called in week 4. The installation crew was very good no problems there. I did not push the company for information and also was not provided much until I did call and then things slowly happened it seemed after a reminder. When I did call they were very disorganized and had no idea of the status of our order of when things could start. They had to check and call back. When they say 15 minutes it means any time that day if you're lucky. The products work well but dealing with this company was not worth the effort.
