The [redacted] reunion was indeed terrible-for us People tried to crash, we were screamed at, cursed at and threatened Security guards had to be called to control the unruly behavior of some guests who were attacking the staff and trying to sneak in without paying to attend.Specifically, in reference to the two complaints, the directions for obtaining the alumni directly were printed on the invitation itself Guests who paid and wanted to contribute information (which is at the discretion of each classmate) were given direction as to how to view and download the online directory The invitation clearly states that there is an online directory Secondly, I would say that the registration staff was experienced in running high school reunions Both people have worked for the company for years and have run thousands of high school reunionsThey were trying to be polite and helpful but many of the people in attendance were abusive and disorderly The records of the hotel will show that security guards had to enter the room to catch a crasher and a screaming, threatening man who was cursing at the people at the registration table.This man is not entitled to a refund He came to the reunion and ate the food, listened to the DJ who provided music for four hours, and visited with his classmates at this reunion His attendance was paid for.His directory is available online as promised He can refer to the invitation to see how to access it
