We had problem with a special toilet flush handle. Plumber worked on and told us it was fixed. He also told us that flushing assembly in this toilet and a similar toilet were not sealed properly and we were losing water. He advised contacting manufacture for parts because of warranty and he would put them in. Less than a week later(this was done 8-19-13), the handle came loose again and didn't work. We got someone else who said the handle had not been reassembled right and fixed it. They also checked toilet assemblies and found nothing wrong with them.

Review: Reupert Plumbing was called to repair a leaky faucet in the kitchen sink. After the repair was completed, the faucet was very hard to turn on or off and would still leak if not pushed down completely which was extremely hard to do. The charges for this inferior repair came to $200.42. A second plumber was called to look at the faucet and when he took the cartridge out of the faucet, it clearly was not a new part. In addition the size of the O rings that were installed were not the correct size. We have the parts that the Reupert plumber supposedly installed and you can see that they clearly are not new parts. The charge for materials on the Reupert bill was $58.00 and since no new cartridge was installed and the cost of an O ring packet was only $3.98, we do not believe that we should not have been charged $58.00 for parts. The second plumber completed the installation of a new cartridge and O rings in less than a half an hour. The charge on the Reupert bill for labor was $71.85. We feel that we should be reimbursed for the $58 and the $71.85. Reupert's also charged us a trip charge of $59.95 and we are not disputing that, however, since they really didn't complete the repair satisfactorily that should be returned as well.Desired Settlement: A refund check should be sent in the amount of $200.42.
