I am rejecting this response because: I asked the dental office to get a pre approval or pre authorization from the insurance...

company. I knew the dental insurance restarted on Jan. 1 2017. I was told "no problem" by Sharon when I asked if it would be covered.  Also I did not see Dr. Reuter,  I saw Dr. [redacted]. I was told by Dr. [redacted] when he tried to reseat the crown that it may not hold and I may need to get a new crown. I did not have an issue with waiting till our insurance reset and things would be covered like I was told.  I understand that a "treatment plan does not Guarantee insurance coverage. That is why I asked if it would be covered. (pre authorization)  As far as "working with us...... Reuter dentistry told the insurance company they would work with us. Our dental insurance had put that in their notes when they spoke to [redacted] Reuter by phone.  But to this day not a single penny has been offered to us. I feel that when I asked them for the pre authorization and they did not do it, some responsibility falls on them as well . I requested it and if it would have been done we would not be in this spot. We have heard nothing but excuses from Reuter about the whole thing. As you can see now again Reuter has not offered a single dime or to split the portion that the insurance company would have paid had the pre authorization been done. However they continue to state that they "we" would not work with them.  We have been willing to and still are willing to split things with them if they are willing to work with us. I can get a copy of the notes from delta dental if I need to where they stated they would work with us.  I can also provide an audio recording where they state they will not work with us. I can have that transcribed if need be as well.  [redacted] Reuter says one thing and does another.  Integrity is a word I live by being a veteran . But some do not know the meaning.
